Refund and Other Policies



Monthly plans:

The cost of the class is deducted automatically from your credit card every month. Each month consists of 30 days from the date of subscription. Your monthly payment will occur 30 days from the last payment. Plans can not be changed while subscribed.


You need to give us atleast your 2 or 3 preferred schedule so that we can put you on another teacher if your preferred time is not available anymore.

Extra Lessons expire after 30 days. Unused lessons will not rollover to the next month and are non-refundable.

Cancelling subscription:

If you have decided that you do not want to continue with the online class, please make sure to cancel your subscription by clicking the “cancel the subscription on the lower left part of the Plans and Pricing page of the website. You should do that at least 5 days  before your next payment   or you may cancel payment through your payment providers:

  1. PayPal: You may cancel recurring payment in your PayPal dashboard.

  2. Credit Card: You may cancel your plan directly with your credit card company.

You should cancel your subscription before your next payment, and then you will not be charged automatically.

Upgrading your plans:  

Plans can not be changed while subscribed and you need to finish the remaining classes before buying another plan.  If you wish to change your plan you can cancel your current plan clicking “change my plan” and Bright Speaker will notify you when you can subscribe to another plan.


You can book more than 1 session per day. If ever you need more classes, you can buy a single class on your account. Click under book now tab on your account section you can click the buy single class.  You can book a class at least 6 hrs prior to the scheduled class you want on your account.

For sudden booking, you need to make a request at least 2 hrs prior to the preferred time by clicking the button “sudden class request”

For sudden booking, we can’t guarantee that there would be an available teacher. You will receive an email for your successful booking once it's booked successfully. Sudden booking will be redeemed from your package. If you wish to cancel your request you need to notify us at least 15 minutes before the requested time of class otherwise it will automatically be redeemed from your package.

Cancel and Reschedule Your Lessons

Students can cancel their class at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class. Just go to your account and click my bookings and there is an option to cancel or reschedule the class. Students can't cancel the class within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class and it will be count as a finished class.

We understand that you are busy and sometimes you won't be able to attend the class on time. Teachers will wait for the students for up to 15 minutes. 

Refund Policy 

Monthly subscriptions within 7 days from the first payment date:

You will get 100% refund Monthly subscriptions within 7 days from the first payment date if the student has not taken any lessons. It is non-refundable after 7 days from the first payment or any subsequent payments:  unless there was a technical issue on Bright Speaker.

You will be able to get a refund for the 1st month of the monthly subscription. Refunds are not valid from the second payment onwards. You will be automatically charged for the subscription every month until you cancel, whether you have taken the corresponding lessons or not. You need to cancel your subscription before the plan renews for the month. Check your account and click cancel the subscription if you wish to end it. Refunds must be requested to Customer Support.

Single class expires after 30 days and are non-refundable.
